The premise of this event is a donation from the local cleaners of over 40+ wedding gowns that have been cleaned, and are gorgeous. Several are well over 2,500 dollars. They will be selling these at two price points $100 and $150 respectively.There will be gift sacks for the first 25 guests that have a value up to and over $150, all bags receive a $75 gift certificate from Naughty Bites (bakery on 64th St.) for their wedding desserts. There will be many local venues here ranging from Journey home who donated use of their facility to Price Chopper, local photographers, restaurants, etc. All have made incredibly gracious donations to afford young brides and grooms the much coveted Traditional wedding at something much more affordable.
