Park Hill wins inaugural home doubles tournament

Park Hill won the inaugural Park Hill Doubles Tournament held Wednesday, April 15 at Barry Park in Kansas City, Mo. The Trojans won two of the four four-team round robin flights and recorded the best record at 9-3. Park Hill South and Blue Springs both went 7-5, while William Chrisman went 1-11.

Park Hill’s Chandler To and Harim Lee (No. 3 flight) and Joel Lesher and Matt Zhang (No. 4 flight) both went undefeated. Park Hill South’s top duo of JD Nassab and Josh Robaska won the No. 1 flight at 3-0.

The Trojans swept the Northmen in a home dual on Tuesday, April 14 at Barry Park. Henry Eckhold dropped just 1 game from his No. 1 singles spot, and no Park Hill player needed a deciding third set.

The win moved Park Hill to 3-4 on the season.
