The Platte County Department of Public Works has scheduled road construction on N. Northwood Road to begin the week of March 12, weather permitting.

The project is located on N. Northwood Road from NW 52nd Street to NW 59th Terrace. The project is expected to be completed in approximately one year and four months. Sections of this road will be closed in phases for the duration of construction. During this closure there will not be access for through traffic, therefore an alternate route of travel will be required. Local residents/ property owners within the work zone will have access to their properties throughout the construction process.

For the duration of this project, observe and obey all posted traffic control signs.
