In comparison to the hours-long meetings of late, the Tuesday, Nov. 6 Parkville board of aldermen meeting passed by quickly — in only 45 minutes. Within those 45 minutes, the board unanimously passed a series of ordinances paving the way for a massive planned development at the intersection of Interstate 435 and Highway 45.
