The Citizen will hit streets County-wide a few days early next week in order to get the newspaper and Citizen Shopper to readers before Christmas Day. The Citizen and Citizen Shopper will go to press Sunday evening and be mailed to readers Monday, Dec. 23.
This means that an early deadline of 5 p.m. this Friday (Dec. 20) will be observed for all advertising and editorial copy.
The Citizen office at 1110 Branch Street in Platte City will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
