The Park Hill South volleyball team had eight players selected to the all-conference and all-district teams of the Kansas City Suburban Conference Red Division and the Class 5 District 15 Tournament.
Senior middle hitter Alex Dvorak, senior libero Keegan Good and junior outside hitter Isabel Day were all honored on the 1st team all-conference and 2nd team all-district. Dvorak, who was the only Panther that was a MOKAN All-Star Game participant, finished the 2021 season with 230 kills, 75 blocks and 21 aces.
Keegan Good ended her senior campaign with 24 aces, 325 digs – good for 4.1 digs per set - and 32 assists. Day had 271 kills, 237 digs, 26 aces and 30 blocks on the season.
Junior middle hitter Tatum Kells and junior setter Camryn Ludtke were awarded with 2nd team all-conference honors. Kells finished the fall with a .261 hitting percentage, 104 kills and 62 blocks, while Ludtke ended the season with 414 assists, 97 digs and 19 aces.
The Panthers had three Red Division Honorable Mentions, led by senior hitters Gwyn Walters and Dani Dake. Walters had a .176 hitting percentage, 85 kills, and 29 blocks, while Dake had a .131 hitting percentage, 83 kills and 18 blocks.
Sophomore setter Emma Kimbrel was the third Park Hill South player who was chosen as an honorable mention in the Red Division. Kimbrel finished with 370 assists, 83 digs and 18 aces.
