Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest, March 2020

The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Platte County or with Platte County connections.

  • Paul D. Estes, 58, of Kansas City, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to signal, improper turn and driving while suspended on March 1 in Platte County.

  • Janice Lemons, 49, of Decatur, Ga., was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 2 in Platte County.

  • Skeet L. Woods, 51, of Decatur, Ga., was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 2 in Platte County.

  • Engelburt K. Unterburger, 49, of Leavenworth, Kan., was arrested for driving without a license and a felony warrant from Franklin County (Kan.) on March 8 in Platte County.

  • Thomas J. Nance, 41, of Smithville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, speeding and failure to use a turn signal on March 7 in Platte County.

  • Charles E. Jones, 40, of Texarkana, Ark., was arrested for a felony warrant out of Miller County (Ark.) on March 6 in Platte County.

  • Nathan D. Katzer, 38, of Paola, Kan., was arrested for a felony warrant out of Wyandotte County (Kan.) on March 4 in Platte County.

  • Travis S. Smallwood, 30, of Kansas City, was arrested for a felony probation warrant on March 17 in Platte County.

  • Wiliam A. VanBeeber, 43, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested for felony resisting, a felony warrant out of Wyandotte County, Kan., careless and imprudent driving, driving without insurance and driving while suspended in Platte County on March 16.

  • Alyssa B. Barnes, 25, of Kansas City, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, a lane violation and improper registration in Platte County on March 15.

  • Anthony T. Phoenix, 22, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm In Platte County on March 15.

  • Dennis N. Feehan, 48, of Blue Springs, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, following too closely, a lane violation, driving without insurance and failure to signal on March 15 in Platte County.

  • Emily A. Julian, 29, of Parkville, was arrested for trespassing and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia on March 14 in Platte County.

  • Simon Tesafarmian, 19, of Kansas City, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-THC, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana on March 14 in Platte County.

  • Gordon W. Trainer, 54, of Carterville, Mo., was arrested for felony possession of marijuana on March 17 in Platte County.

  • Lindsey S. Caldwell, 36, of Independence, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated-drugs, driving without a valid license, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and leaving the scene of a crash on March 13 in Platte County.
