Six Park Hill football players make college commitments

After being one of the top offensive squads in the Kansas City metro area this fall, the Park Hill football team had six players sign on National Signing Day on Feb. 1.

Park Hill seniors James Jakubowski, Chris Lydon, James Noel, Maximo Fillion, Pierce Wand and Dario Peto pose with a few coaches after all six Trojans signed to various colleges on National Signing Day on Feb. 1.

James Jakubowski is a 6’7, 260-pound offensive lineman who signed at Graceland University. Chris Lydon is another offensive lineman and is set to go to Benedectine College next year where he will be joined by four-star long snapper Dario Peto.

James Noel was an impressive running back and kick returner for the Trojans and will head to Missouri Western State University. Wideout Maximo Fillion and offensive tackle Pierce Wand will be in the same conference – the MIAA – as Noel as those two will be at Northwest Missouri State University with another chance to play together.
