An Edgerton, Mo. woman has been charged with a misdemeanor for animal trespassing after her dogs allegedly killed a goat on another person’s property.
According to court documents, Liberty Lambs, 38, failed to control her two husky canines when they were found running loose in the area of KK Highway in western Clay County. Lambs’ address is listed as rural Edgerton, Mo. in eastern Platte County.
On Sunday, Feb. 19, the dogs were off Lambs’ property on North County Road B in Edgerton, Mo. and ended up at the victim’s address. The dogs then killed a goat, estimated at a value of $300.
The owner of the goat shot and killed one of the two huskies.
