Below is a list of arrests by the Missouri State Highway Patrol with Platte County connections in January 2020.
Robert L. Perkins, 57, of Richmond, Mo., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, four warrants from Independence, a warrant from Kansas City, Mo., four warrants from Richmond and a felony warrant from Ray County on Jan. 3 in Platte County. He was transported to the Platte County Detention Center.
Benjamin T. Simmons, 32, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested for felony warrants out of Christian, Douglas and Polk counties and a misdemeanor warrant from Webster County on Jan. 3 in Platte County. He was transported to the Platte County Detention Center.
Robert N. Jones, 25, of Weston, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-drugs, failure to maintain a single lane and not wearing a seat belt on Jan. 3 in Platte County.
Stacey E. Beck, 45, of Parkville, was arrested in Jackson County on Jan. 5 on an outstanding warrant from Claycomo and an outstanding warrant from Kansas City, Mo.
Alyssa Richards, 31, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested on Jan. 15 in Platte County for speeding, driving without a license, driving without insurance and five warrants from Kansas City.
Sean M. Ferguson, 43, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested for a felony warrant out of Johnson County (Kan.) on Jan. 21 in Platte County.
Michelle M. Griffin, 57, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated (prior offender) and careless and imprudent driving involving a crash in Platte County on Jan. 19.
James M. Taylor, 43, of Parkville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-habitual offender, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, speeding, a lane violation and driving while revoked on Jan. 25 in Jackson County.
Zachary P. Kerner, 32, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and failure to drive in a single lane on Jan. 24 in Platte County.
