The Park Hill boys’ swimming team ended in fifth place out of 13 teams at the BlueMo Boys Meet on Oct. 9.
The Trojans ended the contest with 245 points, led by the 400-yard freestyle relay team finishing in second place with a time of 3:30.47. The relay team consisted of Eli Stammler, Jack Stanley, Jaime Franco and Christopher Appel.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Raphael Realina, Stanley, Stammler and Appel ended in fourth place with a time of 1:46.21. In the 200-yard freestyle; Stanley finished in ninth place when he ended with a 2:00.51 time.
Realina ended in sixth place in the 200-yard individual medley when the Park Hill swimmer ended the race in 2:11.54, while David Keightley finished in 10th place with a time of 2:20.38. Appel and Franco both finished in the top-10 in the 50-yard freestyle with times of 23.46 and 24.82, respectively.
Stammler finished in second place in the 100-yard butterfly when the Trojan ended with a time of 58.38. Franco swam the 100-yard freestyle in 54.32, earning him an eighth place finish. Keightley ended in fifth place in the 300-yard freestyle with a time of 5:24.85.
Stanley had a top-4 finish in the 100-yard backstroke, ending with a time of 57.90. Adam Conrad finished in 10th place with a 1:05.52 time.
